Meanwhile, on our way home we decided to stop and buy some groceries –
Nigeria’s No1 golden produce of the now – tomato and pepper. As the
purchase was over, we realised that our
vehicle was overheating and surprisingly the radiator which was filled
with water earlier was completely empty and smoking hot. Whilst cooling
down and refilling the radiator, we enjoyed the hospitality of our host –
the trader from whom we purchased the said items; she was not only
considerate in giving us a fair deal, but also giving us a WATERMELON
SPLASH TREAT and water for our Elephant sized radiator.
Thus, we make bold to bless her endeavours and advertise her booth, somewhere along Gwagwalada express way. So, if you find yourself coming towards Giri/Kubwa and you intend to purchase groceries such as yams, onions, tomato, pepper, potato etc. keep your eyes on the side of the road for a booth that is adjacent to the signboard of the University of Abuja. There she’ll be waiting for you. Let’s support her.
